Environment Group, Institute of Aquaculture
Worms, beetles, nymphs, water boatmen and plankton. Who knows what you can see under the microscope when you delve into the microscopic world of our aquatic ecosystems? Come a long and see for yourself, the microscopic creatures and plants that live in the university loch and form the basis of aquatic and wider food-webs.
University volunteers will help you find specimens that you can look at under a microscope and then identify them.
